Registration fees for the 2009 conference are as follows:

Registration Type	Early Bird	Standard
	(before 2 March 2009)	(after 2 March 2009)
Delegate Registration	$1,200	$1,300
Group Registration (3 or more from the same institution - cost shown is per person)	$1,000	$1,100
Day Registration (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, excludes social activities)	$500	$500

Group Registration: all members of the group must work at the same institution and must register and pay at the same time.
